Welcome to The Wellbeing Refuge. My name is Alex and I’m really happy you’ve found your way here. I’m an NLP Health Coach, and over the past seven years, I’ve been on my own journey to better health and happiness. I’ve tried, tested, and lived through all sorts of changes—whether it’s adjusting my diet, improving my sleep, working on my relationships, or digging deep into my own beliefs and experiences.
